Walk into this beautifully decorated three bedroom condo with updated kitchen. The specular well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living area. Dining area has table for six with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The inviting living room has access to the private patio. Spend leisurely days on the private patio just steps from the complex pool. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with attached main bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
**Please note Construction for the renovation on B Building will begin in September 2023. The middle and west boardwalks will be closed during the B Building Exterior Restoration Project. Also, the main entrance to the outdoor pool will be closed as well. The only entrance to the outdoor pool will be the east boardwalk and east gate. This will go into effect Monday, August 28, 2023. The A Building (where this property is located) will begin April 2024.
Upon entering Summer House, there will be a gate. Put your gate code in and building A is the building to the left (east). Park and this unit is on the ground floor, 103A. Enter your code and go in the room. There will be parking passes left in the condo for you. Place these in your vehicle. Summer House does not allow the parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft onsite.
Summer House located on the emerald waters of Alabama's Gulf Coast in Orange Beach. The beach front condominium is a short walk from area restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Area restaurants include Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, Pier House, Southern Grind Coffee, and much more. Adventure Island is less than a mile away and Waterville is only six miles away!
From the beach express, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on 161. When you get to the beach road, take a left. Go a little less than 3 miles and Summer House is on your right.
Other Things to Note
From Hwy 59, you can go until it dead ends on the beach road and take a left. Summer House will be approximately 8 miles on your right.
From Hwy 59, you can cut through the State Park area by turning left off 59 on Fort Morgan Road and veering right onto the state park. Once on the beach road, take a left and Summer House will be down the road on your right.
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The complex allows only 2 vehicles. You must park in front of Building A. Parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Please fill out all the information on the parking pass in order to keep from ticketing/towing. The pass must be displayed and visible on your dashboard. No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
