This condo was everything we wanted and more. View was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and well decorated. Every room provided fresh bedding and extra amenities. 5 adults there for 4 days and we never felt on top of each other or ran out of anything.

We loved our stay! We had a hiccup with the checkin process but it was worked out quickly! We were able to get in touch with the host almost immediately and they fixed the issue and even offered to pay for our dinner which I felt was incredible customer service. My family liked the location and we felt like it was central to everything we wanted to do without being overly crowded. The coffee shop in building 1 is awesome and you should for sure check it out! Overall, we would stay here again!

The property was awesome! Everything was clean and up to date and there was so much to offer. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. The only downfall was that the neighboring units didn’t comply with the smoke free facility so we had to smell cigarette and marijuana smoke while on the balcony multiple times.

We really enjoyed our visit to the area. The unit was very nice and had a beautiful view. We wish there was another chair or two on the balcony, since it is a 2-bedroom. We did not do any cooking, but the full-size fridge was great to have for fruit and drinks. Comfortable living room! All-in-all, it was a very nice unit and we enjoyed the location.

We had a wonderful stay!! Prime location right on the beach. The pool was so much fun — we loved the waterfall! Hot tubs were also a nice addition! Liked that the pool/hot tubs stayed open until 11:00 for night swims. The condo itself was just what we needed for our family/friends. Beds were comfy, balcony sittin’ was perfect. When we had toilet trouble, it was taken care of quickly while we enjoyed the beach. No complaints and we’d love to return!

I took a short three day trip to Orange Beach in preparation for starting my bachelors degree. My partner and I had an amazing time in this room. The double door balcony, the fresh crisp, white linen bed, tv with streaming options made it like we were home at the beach! Location was really great as well as we were right across the highway from Beachside mini golf, the ruby slipper, and within a half a mile of adventure, Island and my favorite souvenir city location. Will definitely stay at this unit again, it was perfect.

This condo was clean, decorated nicely, stocked, and in a great location. Check in and out was easy. It's right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to dining options and grocery stores. My daughter and I had a great time. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

The unit needs some attention with the appliances. They are very noisy and sound like they are struggling. It was a very comfortable unit except the mattresses could use updated or better quality. As for the property, the hot tubs in bldg 3 that we stayed in, did not function properly. According to maintenance only one of the 2 has ever worked. The drink machines were out of order as well. The pools are nice but need a good scrubbing. Some cosmetic repairs as well. But they definitely serve their purpose.

Staying in Phoenix III was wonderful!! The property was directly on the beach, with an amazing ocean view! The place is cute, tidy, and a great location! Beds were comfortable and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The only thing that we would recommend is putting a couple blankets in the closets by the cleaning staff. It had one but we needed another one. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed everything about it! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Love the condo!! Location is great! Love how close the beach was. Only thing would have loved another chair or lounge on patio since we spent so much time out there. Also beach chairs to use would have been a bonus. Love the decor of the condo!

Great unit and condo. Love it and will be back! Scriptures on the wall were just a beautiful touch! We notified the rental company about the master shower knob constantly running water and other than that a few cleaning things need to be done like the washing machine gasket and simple little things (nothing too bad). Not enough to bother us though. Love having multiple pools to choose from and can’t complain!

Loved the place! Loved being right on the beach, area to wash off the sand. The young adults enjoyed the pools, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Loved that we could watch the kids at the beach while we stayed back at the condo .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo's size and Location were perfect. The amenities were great! The only complaint was with the older woman who checked us in at the front desk. She was rather rude. I realize she doesn't work for y'all, but after a day of traveling, a friendly face would have been appreciated.
