This ground floor two bedroom/two bathroom condo is perfect for your next family vacation. This open concept unit has a well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a great homemade meal. The cozy living room has a large flat screen TV with sleeper sofa, walk out to the balcony to relax and drink your coffee.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to many attractions! Take advantage of the outdoor pool, fitness center, and picnic courtyard onsite at Grand Caribbean. Covered parking spot comes with this unit rental as well!

Bedroom Setup:

Bedroom 1: California King Bed

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Bunkbed with Double-size bed on bottom and twin-size bed on top.

Living Room: Sleeper sofa

No pets allowed; all service animals are to be registered prior to arrival.

Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm.

Quite time is from 10pm to 9am.

All parties who come to this property are under surveillance so please be sure to abide by the rules & signs on the property so that you can enjoy your vacation & trip to the beach.

The Neighborhood:
The Grand Caribbean is located in the middle of Orange Beach. Access to the State Park Beach is directly across the street with a boardwalk to the beach! Walk or bike to the beautiful Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail at Gulf State Park. You are located minutes away from numerous restaurants such as Wolf Bay Restaurant, The Gulf, Cotton's, Cactus Cantina, Ruby Slipper, Moe's Original BBQ and much more. Catch a concert at the Wharf Amphitheater about 5 miles away. Go experience the world famous Flora-Bama only 4 miles away.

Guest Access:
Parking passes are $40/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. You will pre-purchase your parking passes. Your passes will be on the counter upon arrival. Please COMPLETELY fill out your pass and place visibly on your dashboard. Guest have 4 hours to place the parking pass visibly on dashboard or mirror. You must be at least 25 to rent at The Grand Caribbean. No parking of RV's, oversized vehicles, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.

NOTE - Boats are allowed for renters ONLY AFTER Labor Day until BEFORE Memorial day. It is $20/day, $100/week and $300/month. These must be pre-purchased through the HOA; renter must complete registration process which will require the boat to be insured & insurance on file prior to bringing it to the property. No boats longer than 30 feet from the tip of the trailer to the back of the motor. Trucks must detach from the trailer as required on the signage onsite.
