Mostly everything The carpet in bedroom is very off putting I suggest taking it up and putting down floors the smell was awful in the bedroom

We could see the beach and the pool from our balcony. The facilities were clean and super nice. We were close to so many things to do as well. I couldn’t stay forever!

Awesome view, great location. Few minor things need to be fixed but the condo was exactly what we needed. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a fun girls trip and it was perfect room for all 3 of us. The location was perfect we were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! The host was super friendly and very attentive to all of our questions.

The pictures of the balcony view don’t do it justice. The view is beautiful. Check in was super easy. The private beach and pools were amazing. For the price I paid this was a steal! Would definitely recommend.

Our first time staying there at Orange Beach for school softball tournament. Love the access to the beach and pool and the great view from the balcony.

Well maintained. My condo was clean & well supplied. I had a couple of small concerns that I deemed not urgent, come when convenient and vacation home collection looked after them very quickly. I’d book with them again

We love Orange Beach. This was the location and price point we needed for a quick weekend getaway during off season. I don’t know what the rates are during peak season, but for off season it was a good deal for us. It is exactly what the pictures show it to be, it isn’t fancy but it’s exactly what we needed. The balcony overlooking the pool still gives nice beach views. Host was easy to communicate with. There are a lot of rules which is fine for us and needed in this type of condo setting. Surrounding guests/tenants smoked cigarettes near by which made enjoying the balcony harder and the smell seeped into the condo, but that is the area and not an issue the mgmt cant control.
We would stay here again for a quick beach trip!

Overall location was great, host was very responsive, dish washer had to be repaired during the stay but actually didn’t get finished before our stay way up, not huge deal. Place could use a little updating, the A/C vents/registers should be replaced they are pretty noisy when the A/C is on (if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue). Ceiling fan in the living room is kinda the same way, if it’s on a slow speed it will squeak and drive you crazy. Bed frame is not well put together, slightest movement and it hits the wall or makes noise. The tv in the bedroom is pretty small and hard to hear over the A/C blowing even in max volume. The pools are nice, the beach access is great, the location sells the unit for us and we would definitely stay here again. It would just be nice to see these few improvements.
