Welcome to Plantation West 1339! This warm condo has everything needed for your next vacation! Relax after a long day on the beach on the comfortable sleeper sofa. This unit features a queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. A private balcony is just off the dining area to enjoy the sunsets of Fort Morgan. There is a laundry facility onsite with washers and dryers.

Resort Conference Centre - Plantation West is a family-friendly resort with 24-hour security. The complex boasts over 4,000 feet of private beachfrontage. Gulf Shores Plantation is located next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and across the street from a boat launch on Mobile Bay. The resort was voted as one of the top family destinations by Southern Living Magazine readers and offers numerous amenities including multiple outdoor swimming pools, umbrella and beach chair rental, jet ski, parasail and banana boat rental, outdoor hot tub, lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball pit, shuffleboard, horse shoes, putting green, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, picnic tables and swings. Sassy Bass Island Grill has a small satellite restaurant onsite so you can grab a cocktail or enjoy a meal while on vacation.

Resort Conference Centre - Plantation West is minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and offers thousands of feet of UNCROWDED private beachfrontage. Make sure you walk the grounds and see everything this resort has to offer! While not on-site, enjoy the nearby restaurants, Fort Morgan, or take the ferry to Dauphin Island. If you want to leave the resort or Fort Morgan, The Hangout, Waterville and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are less than 15 miles away! Max 2 vehicles. $35 per vehicle per stay. which must be purchased on an online app and emailed to guests along with the registration form. All guests must fill out the registration form and purchase parking passes online before check-in. Give the registration form and proof of parking pass purchase to the security guard and he will give them their parking passes.

Great Beachside Home!
This condo is in a fantastic location. Just steps from the beach and close to several pools, making it perfect for relaxing or enjoying the water. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a restful getaway. The balconies are spacious and great for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The only downside is that the washer and dryer are not inside the condo. Laundry services are available on-site, but the cost is $2.75 per wash and $2.75 per dry or $3.00 if you use a card.
Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation! Highly recommend.

Overall it was a really good place to stay, only complaint i had was the dishes in the cabinet (pots,pans,plates, etc) were dirty but other than that it was great!

Beautiful Views! Short Walk, Great Place.

Overall we had a great trip! This condo was really nice and clean when we arrived and it has plenty of space for the family. Really close to the Sassy Bass Tiki Bar and the beach! Highly recommend, and we would stay here again.

We had 9 people during our stay. It was supposed to be 10, but due to work one had to drop out. It was a cozy place and we all fit, because we are family. Honestly, there is so much to do onsite that you don't need to leave the resort that often. I recommend bringing your own Toilet paper, beach towels, coffee filters, coffee, paper towels, along with everything you would need for your meals. If they had extras of these things, we did not come across them right away. It did not bother us because we kind of expected to bring our own anyway. You do not need to worry about kitchenware or dinnerware because this place has it all!!! We were impressed. The bedding is light and airy, so if you need a heavier blanket in order to sleep you may need to bring your own. There is a TV in every room including the loft and even some VHS tapes! We could not hear neighbors. You could kind of hear people walk down the halls, but everyone was respectful. We would definitely come back!
