This unit is in the heart of Orange Beach just steps from the complex pool and beach boardwalk.

Walk into this beautifully decorated three-bedroom condo with updated kitchen. The specular well-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living area. Dining area has table for six with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The inviting living room has access to the private patio. Spend leisurely days on the private patio just steps from the complex pool. Take in the salty air while dining on the patio with a outdoor table perfect for six. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom which features a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and third bedroom has two twin size beds. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

The complex allows 2 vehicles. You must purchase your parking pass/passes at the guard shack as you enter the property. The parking passes are $50/pass plus tax. Parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis. You can have one additional pass for a third vehicle free of charge for the overflow parking across the road. The passes must be displayed and visible on the dashboard of each vehicle. No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Summer House located on the emerald waters of Alabama's Gulf Coast in Orange Beach. The beach front condominium is a short walk from area restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Area restaurants include CoastAL, Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, The Gulf, Zeke's Marina, Southern Grind Coffee and much more. Adventure Island is less than a mile away and Waterville is only six miles away.

Guest Access:
Upon entering Summer House, there will be a gate. You will register and purchase your parking pass/passes at the guard shack at the gate. Once you enter building A is the building to the left (east). Park and this unit is on the first floor, 103A. Enter your code and go in the room.
