Our family stayed at this condo for 8 nights and we had a fantastic time!Our condo was in the perfect location to shops, restaurants, and excursions. It was a beautiful place to stay, furniture and beds were very comfy, and spectacular views from a very spacious balcony. The host was in constant communications with me from the beginning to the end of our trip, and when I had to send them a message they would respond quickly.

Wes spent Memorial Day weekend here, and the location was perfect! The kids really enjoyed the pool downstairs, and the beach was only a few steps away. We will definitely return!

We plan to stay here again! We loved coffee on the balcony and walking right to the beach. We played pickle ball and used the shared bike program at the park. Tons of great restaurants nearby. The light show at the wharf was amazing. We’ll be back!

This was our 3rd trip to the Orange Beach area and the 3rd place that we have stayed in. Location is great. Accommodations at Seaside were good. Proximity to things around us and time of the year made it easy to get out and enjoy restaurants and stores. I wasn't a big fan of the bed in the master suite but the couch slept well. The management team was awesome with their communication prior to, during and after our stay.

Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Everything needed was there, all we needed was food to take. The furniture and decor made our stay feel like home away from home. The beds were super comfortable and the view was wow!! We loved everything about it and will definitely be booking again for this condo each year!! Stayed with family. The place was nice. Balcony was amazing. Hide away bed was super cool and comfortable. The only issue that we had was we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We didn’t realize that the property would one supply one additional trash bags and no additional rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, so we had to run to the store. I didn’t see this on any of the paperwork either or we could have come prepared.

The property was a great location. Centrally located to all. Beach was great. Room was nice and spacious. If any advice was to be given it would be the curtains. They were hard to open and shut and did not keep the heat from coming in. Other than that it was a great stay and plan on visiting again soon. From the beginning everything was a breeze. The check in process was so quick and easy. Upon arrival at the condo the security guard was helpful in pointing us in the right direction of our actual unit. We brought beach wagon so we were able to load our belonging in those and use the elevator which was very close to get up to our 5th story unit. The whole place was very clean. Perfect views of the gulf from the living room and kitchen and the master bedroom. Both had sliding glass doors so you could open up the curtains and really light up the space. One swimming pool was just beneath us so we had a great view of that as well. We did encounter two issues. The refrigerator/freezer had a hard time stay cold. We put a couple bags of ice into the freezer and they became melty and the two food items we put in there were never frozen solid. We were there 4 nights and by the last day the freezer was finally cold. The other issue was that we had been loading the dishwasher after cooking a couple meals and when it came time to run it, it did not work. In fact the pod was still in it from the time before. That kind of sucked as it was a full load and we had to take them all out and wash by hand. Kitchen was stocked with nice things to cook with. There were some items to get started such as toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, dish pods etc and as we needed more the dollar general was very close to run and pick up those items. Would definatley go back

The layout was great, kitchen supplies, amenities, super clean. Especially loved the patio/balcony, large enough that when it rained we could still enjoy the warm weather. Beautiful view. Queen bed is definitely comfier but king is good, just more firm. We loved the beach access, pool, and location. Carts to unload things on elevators was convenient. We will be back!

This condo was very well decorated, maintained, and clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring have been updated. Balcony provides an expansive view of the beach to the West while overlooking one of the pools. Beach access and pools were great. Pantry storage is somewhat limited.

The condo was fantastic! Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The only issues I found are completely miniscule but also very easily fixed. 1. The dresser in the one bedroom with the queen size bed was incredibly hard to open and did not leave a whole lot of space to unpack our things and 2. The rugs in the condo were very dirty and needed to be either cleaned or replaced. Again, very minor issues. Overall, everything was perfect! Everything we needed was provided and the view of the ocean was amazing! The security team was top notch and friendly. My family and I are already planning on booking this condo again for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great space for a girl's trip. We had three adults and one 13yr old. I don't know that 6 adults would be comfortable in this space but it was perfect for us. The condo was clean as described. There are a couple places in the roof that need repair but it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. The living room/dining area is bigger than I anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked, the only item it didn't have that I needed was a liquid measuring cup. When on the balcony we were closer to the beach than I anticipated as well. The smaller of the two pools is just outside our balcony and was not as busy as the main pool which was so nice. We visited LuLu's in Gulf Shores one night and it was great. I went online and joined the waitlist two hours before we were to be seated. If you go...this is a valuable tool. There is a ton to do there. Also, I purchased a cake from Deep South Cake Company and it was amazing. (They also had the best gluten free chocolate chip cookies I've ever had!) All in all it was the perfect condo for our stay. The only downfall was the check in process. We did receive emails prior to the trip saying that our room may not be ready right at 3:00. However, I went to check in when we got to town at 3:30 thinking I could get the paperwork done and they'd send me the code when the room was ready. They don't allow you to check in at all until the room was ready. We finally received the text that our room was ready at 5:58pm. I can understand if it was 4:00 before the room was ready but it was almost 3 hours after check in time before we could go to our room. I feel that they could come up with a better process. We drove 4 and 1/2 hours to the beach and had to kill time with all our stuff in the car for over 2 hours. This is just not ideal. The ladies at the desk were nice but this was just not the best way to start our vacation.

Was impressed with the unit, we were in building 3 - 5th floor. Could not get much closer to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. Online pictures were spot on with how it looks- we all know sometimes that is not the case. I do however think they need to have an occasional deep cleaning as the ceiling fans and air vents had a good inch of dust on them. While our unit was awesome, the grounds were not as well kept, dated and in need of cleaning. We were just above one of the pools that over our stay turned green as nobody was caring for it. with all this being said we would book this unit again. Great stay!
