Great place to stay! It would be nice to provide a few cleaning products for longer staying guests… as that is a lot to buy and then transport. Beautiful view and the beds very comfy!

My family and I came to orange beach to heal from my dads passing. First the communication was perfect with the manager. We were running late from our travels and they were very accommodating. Very easy check out process as well. The condo has all the essentials that you need. The wrap around balcony was perfect! My mom loved it as well as the rest of us. We were able to heal and relax and enjoy family time. We truly appreciated it. We definitely would come back here again !

The apartment was on the fifth floor but easy to get up and down from parking lot. Beach access was terrific. Pool was clean. The place was very clean and well-kept. We had two small families there plus a brother who tagged along and there was plenty of space. Check-in was easy as was check-out. A wonderful stay.

I booked this condo because of the view, easy access to beach, and it was enough space for my family. Close to groceries, souvenirs, restaurants, and activities.

My extended family is already fighting over who gets to rent this condo next year. After five trips to Orange Beach and four stays at Seaside Beach & Racquet, we finally got a condo worth booking again. Fabulous views, amazing amenities, fantastic service.

We have stayed at seaside beach and racquet club for the last 3 years and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in so far. The property is well maintained and well stocked in the kitchen area. Beautiful beach front views, and you walk right out of the door to the beach. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only suggestion I have is that the master bedroom needs black out curtains as the sun rises right into that window, making it difficult to sleep in if one wants (though watching the sun rise from bed is stunning!).

Layout and space were great with a wonderful balcony. Everything was clean and pictures represented the condo unit well. Four additions that would be good for the future include Blackout curtains in master bedroom and living room, t-towels for drying dishes, plastic dishes/ cups, and handles on all kitchen and bathroom cabinets..

The check-in was good, but we arrived early and was not able to check in until 3 due to condo not ready yet. The property manager/ associate was super nice. The condo was very update and clean. The only issue I had was that it wasn’t enough bath towels (washcloths) for a condo that sleep 8. Nice view of the beach and pool. Will definitely book again !!

We had a great time 😎😎. We had an end unit that had a wrap around balcony View of gulf and pool. Overall a fabulous experience. The 3year old did not want to leave💕💕

Wonderful unit and reasonably priced. Great view with a large balcony. The grounds and pool area were very inviting. Very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins turning flips in the morning. Very accessible to all the resturants and grocery stores. Right across from adventure Island.

The condo was great. There were excellent views from the living area. The pool could have been cleaner. Overall it was a fantastic vacation. We would rent this condo again.

Property was great. My issue was with the management company. Check in was less than stellar and we had a few minor maintenance issues day after check in, which were resolved the day before we left (4days). Maintenance showed up without notice and while addressing issues left our door opened.....great property, but Liquid Life is not a plus.

This condo was perfect! From the cleanliness to the bright updated decor, we couldnt have asked for better! The furniture was comfortable, the beds were great to sleep in and the balcony and view was what a vacationer dreams of. We will stay here again!
