This location is great! It’s right on the beach and very spacious for our family of 3. The kitchen was stocked which was nice. The views were gorgeous. The pool was nice for when our son was tired of the beach. Was quiet (we stayed during week). Only thing I wish I knew was they only provide the first roll of toilet paper. If you have a bigger family or plan a long stay, know ahead of time you will have to buy your own TP and shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc as what is provided only lasts a couple days. Would stay here again!

There were four ladies, and we spent the majority of our time on the beach, which was a very short distance from the condo. April was the perfect time to go. No crowds, perfect weather, and no weights at restaurants. The condo fit our needs perfectly, and we liked the fact that it was a very small condo with only 32 units. We had a perfect view of the ocean and no complaints. I would stay here again.

Great location. Place is as shown. Pretty basic condo with a great view. No hairdryers. 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bag for trash, 1 dishwasher pod, etc. So please keep all those things in mind. Outdoor porch furniture was uncomfortable and cracked but worked OK. Again beautiful beaches, beautiful view in a fantastic area. Orange beach is fantastic and lots of restaurants nearby!

We arrived on site right before check in time and was going to get out, stretch our legs and walk to the beach. We had only been there a few moments when our check in code arrived via text message. Since it’s a smaller condo, there was always parking available, never a wait for the elevator, luggage carts available, pool was never crowded! The unit was clean and comfortable. I even received a text the next day checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a much easier stay than some of the High Rise units we’ve stayed in, in the past.

We took 2 grandchildren. (Cousins) for a sholls out vacation. They loved the hot tub, air hocky, pool at the bottom of the hill. We enjoyed the expansive view, and only 2 cabins on a dead end street. It would be amazing for a large family to rent both.

We loved the fact that the building had only 8 floors and few condos. It is right on the beach and the deck provides a beautiful view. The interior is exactly like the pictures. Very nice and comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with equipment & dishes. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice sizes. There were only two of us, but it would be comfortable for more. The owners obviously take care of their property. It was very clean. Our only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work the first night. We didn’t check in until around 6, and it was during April so it was cool outside, so really not a big deal. We contacted property managers & they sent someone the next morning and had it repaired quickly. They were also planting new things around the grounds and I’m sure it is very pretty in the summer. So, super building and super unit. We would definitely stay here again. So easy to find places to eat and shop.

The good: Great condo - we loved the low-density building, after staying at a Phoenix high-rise in past. Never had to wait for an elevator, only 8 floors...32 total units. Lovely. Right across from Publix. Everything was super clean and as promised. Double sliding doors onto balcony, loved that. The bad: the king sized bed in the Master needs replacing, badly. By day 3, both of our backs were aching. It is a soft mattress & obviously has been around for a while as it dips in the middle, might be time to consider a new one! (Queen sized bed in 2nd bedroom is good though!) The kitchen supplies could use some updating. There were several cooking utensils that were either unusable (kitchen scissors - couldn't even use them because you couldn't open them, stuck closed) or hard to use (spatula/spoon that was damaged and melted). However, 3 different types of coffee makers - Keurig, pot & French Press!

Beautiful view from balcony, nice short walk to the beach, very functional and comfortable. Everything worked just fine. We had a little problem with the deck screen door, but we called maintenence and they came promptly to fix it for us. The tile and grout in the master bathroom needs some work. Close to stores and amazing restaurants. We recommend Luna's and Cotton's. Also enjoyed the Legends in concert at Owa Amusement Park area and the Zoo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would book again.

Beds were both comfortable. Living room furniture was very worn and chairs were visibly stained. The view from the balcony was breath taking and so close to the beach. Condo location was pretty central to Pensacola and Orange Beach and directly across the road is Walmart which made a quick trip from groceries so easy. Property was clean and well cared for. This was our first trip to Alabama in the Fall and I think we may be strictly vacationing this time of year from now on. Checking both in and out was the easiest I have experienced. Overall a good condo, great location, amazing view and I was extremely pleased with Liquid Life!

We had a GREAT girls week. Location was wonderful, Beach was beautiful, Pool was nice, Condo was clean. We would stay again!!! We had 2 issues but nothing that we didn't work around. The front bathroom has a water drainage problem the tub doesn't drain and the toilet flushes but leaves toilet paper. And the dryer takes forever to dry items BUT we didn't let any of this ruin our trip.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It’s updated and the bedrooms might be the most spacious bedrooms we’ve had in condos, which was great because we had our little one sleep in a pack-n-play and we still had plenty of room in the master. We also loved that the building wasn’t huge, therefore not tons of people. Overall we had a great stay. We had a few issues with the WiFi but it was resolved after calling the property manager. We would definitely book this unit again in the future!

Stayed at this beautiful location for the month of March , enjoyed each morning weather permitting , out on the deck enjoying the view , dolphins jumping in the ocean an Beautiful sunrises , it was hard to leave an go back home when our vacation was over ! We were going to try an rent again for the next year for a longer period of time , but when inquiring price of the condo had gone up by thousands of $$$$ dollars for same time period next year ! 😕

We had a great time at the beach. We had one issue with our bed not fully being made when we got there, we called and they assured us it would arrive later. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the condo was very clean. It was also helpful having the storage closet to house our beach stuff as well. We loved being so close to eateries and grocery stores. We hope to go back in the future!
