Situated on the 2nd floor, this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway. The Primary suite offers a comfortable King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, ensuring restful nights after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom features a cozy Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal space for family or friends. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a sofa sleeper, providing ample space for up to 6 guests.


This condo embraces coastal charm with wood plank flooring throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, with its granite countertops, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Tradewinds offers a cozy, convenient getaway spot for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast. The standout feature is the swim-thru indoor/outdoor pool, providing a unique swimming experience regardless of the weather. This pool is perfect for those who want to enjoy a swim while basking in the sun or those who prefer the sheltered comfort of an indoor environment. They also offer a grilling area, ideal for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.


PARKING
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $30/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.


MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February.
