Enjoy the serene setting of the private screened-in porch during your stay. Take a dip in one of the community’s multiple resort-style pools and hot tubs. Play a game of tennis on the courts or take advantage of the community grills onsite. Enjoy the Gulf Coast at its best!
Walk up to your beach cottage and enter into the screened in covered porch. The perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with flat screen TV. The open concept living space features a sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensil ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen counter. There is a pool key/fob is located in the unit. Use this during your stay! You must return it or the HOA charges $100 to replace.

Guest Access:
*The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $25/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.
Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
You must be at least 25 to rent at The Rookery. No parking of RV's, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.
