This peaceful, well-maintained condo is ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing stay on Alabama’s white-sand coast.

The Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is currently undergoing a walkway and balcony coating project. While the unit remains fully functional and welcoming, guests may experience construction noise during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as we enhance the property for future enjoyment.

Parking:
Limit of 2 passes per stay. Parking passes are purchased onsite from security at $50 each.

My favorite part of the vacation home was the beautiful view upon waking up. The esthetic and decor was nice also and the guest were responding in a timely manner if I had any questions or concerns. I'll rate this a 10/10!

Stay was very good...nice facility and easy beach access. Would not hesitate to stay again.
Simply a side opinion...although the experience was excellent, I was a bit disappointed in the $50/car parking fee. I would have expected for the condo price that guest parking would be a natural benefit provided with the price of the unit.
Having individuals coming from different states created a bit of a parking challenge (since we had more than 2 cars); however, we were easily able to secure & pay for remote parking at a nearby lot.
Overall, our stay was excellent.

This space was perfect for my crew for a beach vacation! Ocean views from the balcony, a very easy walk to private access beach. Daniel, the security guard, is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Beach access was wonderful! Super close to everything! Place was spacious and clean, beds and all furniture were super comfortable! Quiet property and all staff was very friendly! I would recommend! Was on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator which made it very convenient!

Nice Stay/Needed More Info on Stocked Condo Items

We had a great stay and the condo met our family/trip needs. My only feedback is the property mgt company should have provided more information on what was stocked in the condo so I knew to bring these items from home rather than have to purchase when I arrived. For example - an extra roll of toilet paper, an extra paper towel roll. There was no dish soap to wash dishes - no additional trash bags to the ones in the bins when we arrived. There only 1 packet of dishwashing detergent. Zero coffee filters for a regular coffee pot, no salt and pepper, etc. This is helpful information to know prior to arrival. Also would have been a nice touch to have stocked these items for renters.
