My family and I had a great stay! The condo was clean, perfect walking distance to the beach, beautiful views from both balconies! Host was very responsive to the questions/concerns I had! Only regret was not staying longer!

Great condo with beautiful views!! There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The place was clean, peaceful and comfortable beds in each room. The large balcony was great for enjoying the beach views. The bathrooms were small but still manageable. Everything was amazing overall. Highly recommend!

Our family of six absolutely loved this place. We loved the updated finishes, the giant balcony overlooking the beach and the unit’s spaciousness! The walk to beach was so easy and we loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We would love to come back!

We loved our stay at this condo! This was a girls trip after my daughter graduated college. Condo offered plenty of space for everyone, wonderful gulf view, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed.
We did have an issue with a ceiling fan light right after check in. Vacation Homes responded quickly. Maintenance people were prompt and friendly.
We have this condo saved for any future trips to the area. Thank you Vacation Homes!

Everything was clean! Got there late and we had to figure out how to get our parking pass. We had to go to the neighboring condo to pick it up.

We had a wonderful family vacation! The rental looked just like the pictures, check-in/check-out was very simple, the extra beach supplies were great to have, and the complex was quiet and great for our family! We would rent again in the future if our travels took us back to Orange Beach.

We had an amazing time staying at Phoenix VIII with Vacation Homes! The condo was perfect for our two families with lots of space to hang out. The balcony has a beautiful view of the Gulf! Short walk to the beach! Lots of amenities made it easy to stay in for meals if we wanted to. Vacation Homes always had quick responses for our questions, with an easy check in/out. My only complaint would be that the outdoor pool was freezing cold so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again!

8 of us vacationed here for 2 weeks, the space was large enough to accommodate everyone.
The view from the patio was amazing! Breath taking! Was able to watch dolphins play daily. Was windy being on the 12 fl but over all our stay was great.
The drain on the kitchen sink was leaking, but VHC was responsive and the sink was up and running the same day!
Pool is not heated, but the indoor pool area is always warm.
Would highly recommend staying in the area! Lots to do, restaurants, stores, activities for kids.
We look forward to coming back in a year or so.

The unit was spacious and well equipped with kitchen items and beach toys. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was adequate but could be more comfortable. A recliner would be a nice addition. Wall hooks or additional hangers would have been nice.
The building hot tub was small, and the fitness room needs an upgrade, but the beach location made up for that. The people in the building are friendly and invited us to join them for events.
Check in and check out was easy, but I sent a couple messages to VHC during our stay and they were not responded to.
The cleaning service did not check the dryer vent, under the chair cushions, under the living room chairs, or along the wall by the bed. We found lint, candy wrappers, a chop stick, and a head band. The unit had a broom and dust pan that need to be replaced and a vacuum that worked but did not work on the tile floors because there were no hard floor attachments for the hose.
We stayed for a month and would stay again.

This is our 5th year coming down for Christmas and by far our favorite condo we’ve stayed in! Fit our large family of 6 great. Enough space for everyone. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was FULLY stocked. I was able to make a prime rib Christmas dinner without issues. The view is just gorgeous. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We loved being able to walk over to the jetty and watch dolphins. Only thing I agree with in other reviews was the tile floor could use a really good steam clean. I have tile at home too and you have to steam clean it occasionally and get all that dirt up that mopping doesn’t always get.

Kitchen is well stocked and don’t worry about not having enough drink wear - 3 cabinets full. Although appliances need a bit of attention or updated they provided the functionality we needed.

We really enjoyed staying at the Phoenix VIII condo! We were initially given the wrong passcode to get in the condo, but customer service quickly responded and gave us the correct passcode. It was very nice having beach chairs, umbrellas, and a carrier provided! The condo was clean and nicely stocked with amenities. The only complaint I have, is that the sink in the kitchen and master bath did not drain well. Other than that the place was wonderful!

Property was very nice. Host at service desk couldn’t figure out how to process parking pass. I paid for it based on her ability to process payment. She couldn’t print parking pass so she said just stick receipt in window of car. Next day I get a ticket from guard. Went back down had to due process over spent almost and hour just to get a parking pass.

Location was great and views are amazing. Plenty of room and everything we needed was provided. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and parking passes were a bit confusing. No one was on site when we arrived so another guest told us to go to vii to check in, bc they were referred there also. This process should be alot simpler or better instructions given before arriving.

We had a wonder time; the condo was super clean. All the beds were comfy, and nice. The view was beautiful, they had all the beach items wagon, chairs, rafts, toys, cups, pots and pans and ETC.
I only thing I found wrong with the stay was, no dish soap, trash bags, dish washer soap, paper towels or TP. So, if you stay make sure you go buy some before you show up.
The refrigerator was bad! The freezer did not freeze anything, the ice cream the kids got melted and the bottom part did not keep anything very cold. It was set on the coldest setting. The refrigerator is an easy fix.
I would stay again and again at this location.

very nice condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing, we felt like we were home. Very cozy. The condo itself should have had a 4.7 star rating. One thing we didn't have, was hand towels. Seems odd there were none. And no kitchen towels or dish cloths. Don't forget to bring some. There were a few things that needed some attention. VHC was quick to come and fix a couple of things. Great company to go through.
We would definitely stay there again!
