This condo is gorgeous and very spacious. The location is great. It’s not beach from, but the public beach access is next to the property and it’s extremely walkable. The only complaint I could think of is that I wish there were curtains in the bedrooms, as the light from outside is very bright and also, we could have used a dust pan after we swept and we couldn’t find one in the unit.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great place good location... seemed really secure security visibility made rounds the pool was clean. Also very nice fishing piers on a walking trail behind this location. Proximity to the beach was also awesome ! Had a really great stay and will be back !

This was are 2nd stay in this unit. Didn’t disappoint. Conveniently close to beach access and pool is spacious enough for swimmer.

We had a great time at the condo. It’s very spacious and well arranged. The pool, gym, and sauna are great! The hot tub was not hot when we were there. The balcony is wonderful. You can listen to the ocean and eat dinner on the outdoor table. The beach was clean and walkable. There are many local restaurants nearby that we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This was our second time renting this unit. The unit is very clean which is my top reason for rebooking. The location is great, right across the street from the beach, and west of the busiest area of Gulf Shores. The building is quiet and no problem finding parking. The check in process was seamless. The 2 critiques I have are the secondary shower in the unit not draining well and the elevators in the building were out of order intermittently. None of this was a big problem for us on our trip and I still rate the unit 5 stars.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! It was so hard to leave at check out. The place was so clean. The pictures do it no justice. Comfy beds. Spacious living room and kitchen area. Rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. 5 minutes to the beach. I would give 10 stars if I could

Beautiful place to stay! We loved being walking distance to the beach. I would suggest bringing sleeping masks for anyone who has any issues sleeping in bright rooms. Unfortunately, the bedrooms are right by some VERY bright exterior lights and the shades do not block out the light. The bright side, pun intended, is that it makes it easier to see the restroom and tv remotes in the middle of the night.

We loved our week at Sanibel 305! The condo was very clean (a very high priority for me). The pictures you see are accurate and the views were still great, even though it was only the 3rd floor. The building in general was quiet despite being a high rise. The check in/out process was super easy. We really didn’t have to contact the company because there were no issues. We would absolutely stay here again!! The only thing that we were missing was some beach equipment, would have been nice to have a couple chairs or umbrella available, our friends who rented another unit in the building had some supplies which was nice, however this was not a deal breaker for us and we had a wonderful trip!
