Absolutely wonderful condo and experience! I have not one complaint. We experienced no issues at all. The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in and out process was a breeze. The veiws of the Gulf were amazing! We received a text a few hours prior to check-in time letting us know the condo was ready and we could check-in early for no additional fee. They provided two parking passes at no additional cost. Which is a huge bonus if you have multiple vehicles because other places charge for each parking pass. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a hassle free vacation!

this was our first family vacation to Orange Beach, Alabama. I would rather everything from the beach to the restaurants and the room a 10. The total cost for the room was very affordable and was clean with a beautiful view for morning coffee!

Loved the small feel compared to other larger condo units. Easy to get to the beach and to the pool! The umbrella guys very nice and work so hard each day setting up and taking down.
Our grandson spied the lazy river next door and wanted to go! Unfortunately for him, that was not an option. We were just fine without it.
Excellent location! This unit had a reading library including books for children. Great selection. I just didn't have time to read this trip. Beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen, great view from the patio and a great ice maker. The only negative was that the oven was a little slow cooking. Might want to address that for future guests. Not a serious issue.
Our family had not returned to OB in over 10 years. What a change! Glad our favorite restaurants are still there! We enjoyed our stay.

Location and views are amazing, property is large was clean and had everything needed. The only issue I had is there are no blinds or curtains to the glass door and window leading to the beach although nobody can see in from the ground if someone had a drone... Overall, I would stay here again. Great Stay, enjoyed every moment.

We were able to spend a couple of days at this property to get away from the grind and spend some time on the beach. The location is great! It is so close to the beach, with great views and able to hear the waves. We were able to walk to dinner along the beach. In addition, the place had everything we needed for our stay.

We had the best time in Orange Beach and our condo couldn’t have been more perfect. It was super clean and has all of the necessities for your stay. Walmart is right across the street for groceries, as well as other stores and coffee shops. We traveled with our 4 kids— ages 17,15,12, and 8 and the bedroom with bunks was perfect for them. Our bedroom was beautiful overlooking the ocean and had a comfy bed. The living room and balcony are perfect for viewing the ocean and watching dolphins swim by. We felt like the condo was spacious for all of us to eat and hang out. Because it’s right on the beach, we were able to easily go back and forth between the beach and indoors. Elevator was quick too. Honestly, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at. We had a great week escaping our snow and cold in Wisconsin!

We had a blast! The Breakers is in the perfect location on Orange Beach… It’s steps from the ocean, and walking distance from tons of restaurants and shops. It’s a one-minute drive from the grocery store, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. The unit is spacious and has a beautiful beach view! The sliding glass doors that lead to the deck are enormous and you can open them up to bring the outdoors in. It’s awesome! Although it was colder than we hoped during our March stay, the Orange Beach area exceeded our expectations. The beach itself is lovely, and the town is quiet and relaxing… It is definitely our speed with two young kids. We will be back!

Everything was just as described 😊🏖 Had one scare with elevator when it was stuck in between 6th and 7th floors for a few seconds while going up. Other than that everything was great.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Older complex but in good shape. Perfect size and price. Just us 2 but room for more. Large living/dining room. Love having ocean view from the bedroom. Wish the tv had real cable so we could watch abc, cbs and nbc channels.

Overall I was very happy with this property. The condo sat right on the beach and had incredible beach views. The property itself was overall pretty clean and the linens were well washed. We actually were able to check in early which was very nice. The staff were great to deal with and made everything very easy. The condo itself could use some updating in a few areas (chipping doors, chipped toilet seat, outdated shower). I will also say that the shower head sits a bit low - I’m 5’4” and just fit under it. You also need to bring your own hand soap as that was not provided (the one thing I didn’t anticipate bringing on my own). However, everything else about the property was great. The pool was never crowded which was enjoyable. I would recommend this property.

We had the best time at this property. Check in and check out we’re seamless, maintenance was easily accessible for little things we ran into, the space was amazing for kids, and it was very clean. We would come back!

This was a wonderful property with exceptional views of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom. You always feel like you are on the beach even while cooking, napping, or just hanging out. The location was perfect and we couldn’t think of one thing that would’ve been any better. We would book this property again!

We LOVED our stay here. The condo was nicely set up, with an amazing view. My children didn’t want to leave (and I don’t blame them!). I loved staying at a smaller condo where I never felt crowded. We often got the pool to ourselves and our section of the beach was MUCH less crowded than the ones on either side of us. I appreciated how stocked the kitchen was and the big ice maker. The check in and out process was seamless. We didn’t need anything during our time there but when we decided to add another night early on we had a quick response and they helped meet our needs. I would absolutely recommend or stay here again. The only complaint I’d have is that on our first and last day there was a very high pitched squeal/screech coming from the main bathroom - at first we thought it was just someone running water in another unit but it continued all night our last night. I had to close the door to be able to sleep (which thankfully mainly blocked the noise). It didn’t happen during the week days, not sure what was causing it! Since it only occurred those few times I am not docking our stars or review.

We have stayed in the complex before but this was our first time staying in our own space. You can't beat the size of the condo and location! Loved the variety of books for all ages as well as the awesome ice maker. The bathrooms could use a little bit of updating but everything was in working order. Plenty of kitchen utensils and items to use while staying here at the condo.

Was a nice place. Received emails and/or texts all the way up until check in which made the process easy. The place itself has a great view in both the main living area and the master bedroom. The only thing that could be improved on is the shower heads. The pressure coming out of the current ones was pretty weak. Other than that great place and a perfect beach spot for anyone wanting a good view of the Gulf.

This property was great for our first family vacation. I loved that it was right on the beach. The only thing I would suggest is the owner please stock essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. I saw other reviews with the same concern. It's one less thing you have to worry about while you are on vacation. We did buy our own. Would stay here again!!!

The only thing I thought they could have left 2 roll of toilet paper in each room instead of just one and they were really thin paper. Also they had a coffee pot, but no filters. It was a beautiful place. Loved it.
