We had a good vacation at the Whaler. Our condo was nice other than a minor hiccup at arrival which VHC was responsive to our concerns and helped us out with. The condo could use some updating but overall it was a good stay. To no fault of VHC, we did lose access to the only elevator for the whole building on day 3 which made it very difficult to carry things up and down from the beach or for our departure but VHC was very understanding and accommodating. Overall, aside from the minor issues we had, we had a nice vacation and would stay again.

Great location! You can walk right onto the beach from the property. Check in is very easy and everything is done electronically which we like. If there was one thing that I had to gripe about it’s that the property needs a new toaster lol she old, and I spent most of a morning trying to get our waffles cooked right. That’s literally the dumbest criticism I had because the rest of our stay was wonderful. We definitely will be using the whaler again

Very comfortable, nice furnishings. Kitchen has everything we needed. We used laundry also. Love the oceanview from the balcony. The beds and bedding were very nice. Great place.

The view front the balcony was phenomenal! The condo was cozy, very clean, and provided all the amenities needed for our family. Just a short walk to the beach, with chair/umbrella rentals available on the beach right in front of the condo! Check-in and communication was smooth, easy, and prompt! We will definitely be back to Gulf Shores, and will stay here again!

The condo was great, check in was easy and the space was perfect for 5! Right on the beach and close to everything. The condo was clean and had everything you would need almost. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and no spices including salt and pepper we’re there or coffee filters either. Luckily we brought stuff from home so we were fine. I would stay here again and recommend this condo
