Very clean and spacious. There is no ice available on the property but liquor store & gas station directly across the street is convenient. There are only two small carts to haul luggage/groceries to your room and they were always taken or never returned to the ground floor. Despite those inconveniences, we appreciated the short walk to the beach, easy parking and no waiting for elevator. We would stay here again versus a larger property like a phoenix.

Condo was very clean, updated, and well maintained. Great location with a Walmart in sight and right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor with the balcony overlooking the beach.There is a damage waiver added in the cost that seems should be refunded if there wasn't any damage and parking fees for 2 vehicles (which we only had one). I'm not happy with paying parking fees anyway when you are staying on the property. The other fees added are understandable.It is a great place to stay and has all you would ever need.

The unit was clean, bedding and towels were freshly cleaned and air quality was great! Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses and utensils. Loved the location! Love the pool and was pleased with the quality of the elevator. The garbage shut was not working properly.

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and nice! Top notch! The location was perfect as well!! Walmart and stores basically across the street. I like that the facility was smaller so there wasn’t a wait for the elevator. Parking was easy and convenient too!

Our condo was everything we could have wanted for our family of 4! It was clean and well stocked! The condominium has very easy and close access to the beach. There are many wonderful amenities close by such as multiple grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay in the same condo again next summer! Highly recommend!

Unit was in small complex which was a HUGE plus. Right on beach excellent views. Not one thing about the whole place was negative Honestly, we’re not complainers about accommodations. But some people just look for the tiniest things to complain about. I DARE someone to find something wrong with this rental. Modern and well decorated Will definitely be going back
