The Space

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, San Carlos 707 is located on the 7th floor overlooking nearly 400 feet of pristine white beach sands. This is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy the property's top amenities including the zero entry pool, fitness center, sauna and BBQ area. This property is within reach of championship golf courses, gulf fishing, upscale shopping and area restaurants and within walking distance to Gulf Shore's famous restaurant The Hangout. The main living area and master bedroom have balcony access overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of seating to enjoy the stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals for ease and convenience during your stay for beach and pool days. There's a dining table that seats four with additional four bar stools at the kitchen bar. Come and unwind at San Carlos 707 for your much-deserved Gulf Shores vacation.

Guest Access

After arriving go to the 3rd floor front desk (hours 8am-12am) to purchase your parking passes & wristbands. Parking passes are $50/each (max 2 per unit) & wristbands are free. No cash accepted, only debit/credit cards. The wristbands need to be worn at the pool and while using onsite amenities.

San Carlos does not allow parking of RVs, watercraft or trailers onsite. Parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Second floor is reserved for owners only any violators will be towed. There is overflow parking across the street. Parking a vehicle in any area with a curb painted red or not a legitimate striped parking stall will result in automatic towing, without prior notice or warning at owner’s expense (per condo association rules).

The Neighborhood

San Carlos is conveniently located down East Beach Boulevard within walking distance to The Hangout, The Pink Pony Pub, Sea & Suds and other restaurants and shopping. The complex is located directly on the beach and you are minutes from area attractions!

Getting Around

Take I-59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a left at the T. The San Carlos condominium will be on your right. It is the complex right after Regatta. You can park underneath the covered parking on either the first or second floor.

*We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Please contact us with your questions or to further assist!

*There is NO smoking in the condos, common areas OR on the balcony per HOA rules. If you want to smoke, you have to smoke in the designated area for the charcoal grills onsite.*
