As you enter the Primary suite, you'll find a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony, where breathtaking Gulf views await. The ensuite Primary bath is an oasis of relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.


The second bedroom offers comfort and privacy, featuring two cozy Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring all guests have their own serene space to retreat.


The heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delightful meals or quick beach snacks. The open layout flows into the living area, where a comfortable sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for up to 8 people. PARKING
All guests staying at Palm Beach must purchase parking passes and register vehicles with the 'Parking Boss' application. Guests can register for parking anytime after booking until 7 days prior to arrival, or upon arrival if necessary. All condos will be allowed to register for ONE parking space with advance registration. Pass will cost $45.


MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February.
