PARKING
All guests staying at Palm Beach must purchase parking passes and register vehicles with the 'Parking Boss' application. Guests can register for parking anytime after booking until 7 days prior to arrival, or upon arrival if necessary. All condos will be allowed to register for ONE parking space with advance registration. Pass cost $45.


MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February.
