The Village is a low-density condo complex on West Beach Boulevard, directly across the street from the Gulf. Public beach access sits about five minutes away on foot, with Little Lagoon close in the opposite direction. When the beach towel needs a break from the sand, there’s a community pool, picnic area, and grills back at the complex. The Hangout, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, restaurants, and downtown entertainment are nearby. Snowbirds can also request monthly rates from November through February.
