West Lagoon Cottages- Unit K

This was the perfect spot for a calm family vacation. It was perfect walking distance from the beach without being right on it. The pool was accessible and well lit at night. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels, easy and secure parking, genuinely nothing to complain about. We had a lovely time. 10/10 recommend.

This was Great for our family! One thing it does not mention at the bottom of the condo where you park your car there is loads of beachthings to use. The chairs are old, but usable,umbrella and lots of sand toys. I think this should be listed as an amenity because it is so nice. Grill and outside shower amazing. (No scissors-odd).
If you plan on cooking-pack veg oil, salt/pepper. Having the dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, that came with the stay was awesome.
Beach is close walk-be careful crossing. No bathroom at beach but close to go back to condo! Pool is right by condo we loved this!!!

Great place! Just as pictured. 11 adults stayed comfortably, bunk beds are spacious. Loved having the four bathrooms! Enjoyed spending time on the porch overlooking the pool. Easy, short walk (about 5 minutes) to the beautiful beach. The main level AC was working when we arrived but staying in the mid 70s, host was prompt in responding, sent HVAC technician (who was courteous and professional) issue was resolved. Ice maker was great to have! Would stay again!

This is a spot everyone needs to check out. This cottage is perfect for your family. The pictures of the cottage match perfectly. It has its own private easy access to the beach. The only thing that is tough is crossing the road with kids there def should be a crosswalk there. The pool was great. Easy check in process and communication when needed was amazing. Def would go back!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The 3 bed/4 bath layout was perfect spacious yet cozy. The decor was adorable, and the Bible verse on the bookshelf was such a thoughtful touch.
The starter kit made settling in easy, but if you have a big group, bring extra laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper.
The ceiling fan in the living room was amazing, I already miss it (seriously, I want one now!). Storage underneath unit easily fit our bikes and all our beach gear. The deeded beach access made trips quick and painless and you know how awful lugging all the things can be!
Everything was clean, with a large pantry, clean fridge, and a bonus standalone ice maker (a game changer!). Wi-Fi handled 3 TVs streaming, kids gaming, and a house full of teens scrolling with zero issues.
Check-in was smooth, communication was prompt, and checkout was easy. We’d absolutely stay again!

My stay here was pleasant, the king bed was very comfortable and the space for those of us who traveled was perfect. In general everything is excellent.. the only thing is that if you are going to travel in spring break season you get ready for the neighbors' parties in the condo next door they had stayed many young people and in other condos young girls and they all knew each other! Well, at night they set up their parties until the early hours of the morning. I loved the condo and how close it was to the beach, you walked 3 minutes and you arrived. We will definitely be back.

The vacation home was perfect for our family trip. The location was great, a lot of great spots close to the house. The beach was right across the street with easy access to it. The house was very clean and the photos represented the house correctly. It was great that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms attached - which was great our guests. The shared pool was very nice and an added value.
The host was great in communication and was helpful throughout the process. Made it easy on us.
The only thing I would suggest to list or for others to know - is there are quite a bit of steps. About 20 to get to the main floor and another 20 to get upstairs. Just to clarify, we traveled with 3 seniors. It wasn't an issue or deal-breaker, but something to note.
We would definitely stay at this house again.
