CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The South Elevation Renovation Project at Tidewater runs from September 16, 2026, through an estimated end date of February 5, 2027. Work is scheduled as follows:

October 19 to November 20: South balconies of units ending in 09, 08, 07, and 06
November 23 to February 5: North balconies of units ending in 01
