Welcome to Rookery III, nestled in beautiful and peaceful Fort Morgan! This charming community offers multiple resort-style pools for you to enjoy. Beach access is located just half a mile away, where you’ll find long stretches of sugar-white sand. Relax and unwind on the private screened porch and experience the Gulf Coast at its finest.

This charming beach bungalow offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for the whole family. The open living area features two sofas and flat-screen TV. The updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for six, and a convenient washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds. A second full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Getting Around:
Coming from Hwy 59/Gulf Shores Pkwy turn right onto Fort Morgan Road. Follow Fort Morgan Road for 14 miles. Turn right on Pelican Way.

The Neighborhood:
Beach access is located 0.7 miles from the Rookery III, with long stretches of white sugar sands! The area offers top rated golf courses including The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes. Six miles west from the cottage is Fort Morgan State Historic Site. Restaurants in the area include Fort Morgan Pizza, Tacky Jacks, Sassy Bass Amazin’ Grill, and if you are looking for more shopping and activities head back down Fort Morgan Road into Gulf Shores.

Guest Access:
The Rookery complex does require a parking pass for each vehicle; each parking pass is $28. Two vehicles per condo are permitted. Parking passes will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Fill the parking pass out completely and place it visibly on your vehicle's dashboard.
