Welcome to The Rookery 3501 in beautiful and peaceful Fort Morgan! This adorable beach bungalow has plenty of room for the entire family with three bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the serene setting of the private screened-in porch during your stay. Take a dip in one of the community’s multiple resort-style pools and hot tubs. Play a game of tennis on the courts or take advantage of the community grills onsite. Enjoy the Gulf Coast at its best!

Walk up to your beach cottage and enter into the screened in covered porch. The perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensil ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats four. Enjoy your beach vacation at The Rookery 3501!

Public beach access is located half-mile from The Rookery. Take a right on Fort Morgan Road when leaving the Rookery and then take the first left onto Cortez Street. The beach is located ahead of you down the street.

There is a pool key/fob is located in the unit. Use this during your stay! You must return it or the HOA charges 100 dollars to replace.

The Rookery is a cottage resort community in Fort Morgan, Alabama. Nearby restaurant include Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill, Tacky Jack's and Jesse's on the Bay. Be sure to check out Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan State Historic Site and the Battery Duportail for some outdoor nature and historical exploration.

Guest Access:
*The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges 28 dollars/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.
Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
You must be at least 25 to rent at The Rookery. No parking of RV's, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.
