Welcome to The Dunes, tucked into the peace and quiet of Fort Morgan. This gated community offers an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, community grilling area, and fitness center, with the beach just 300 yards away, an easy walk down the sidewalk or a quick drive to the boardwalk.

The open concept kitchen and living area offer plenty of room for the whole family, with beautiful views streaming in from your own private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, ready for whipping up a local seafood dish, and the comfortable living space includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, with a shower/tub combo bathroom. The first guest bedroom also features a king bed and the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle perfect for the kiddos. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo & there is also an extra half bath for visitors.

Parking: Two parking passes are required at 35 dollars per pass. No parking of trailers, RVs, or watercraft is allowed onsite.

The Dunes is walking distance to the beach and just 1.4 miles from the Fort Morgan Grounds, with Tacky Jack's II and the Fort Morgan Marina both within walking distance, and Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill a short drive away. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy Peninsula and Kiva Dunes, both about a ten minute drive down the road. Head 19 miles east to Highway 59 for a wider variety of restaurants, shopping, and activities, or take the day to explore all that Gulf Shores has to offer.
