Welcome to your happy place, Sea and Sun - Unit #6 — your freshly updated coastal retreat! Freshly updated with new paint, new appliances, and comfortable updated furnishings, this cozy condo is ready for your next beach getaway. Located right across the street from the sparkling Gulf waters, Sea and Sun is a quiet, small complex — perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The living space features an open-concept living and dining area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a delicious meal after a day at the shore. Sleep soundly in the king-size bed and freshen up after a day on the sand in the ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Wanting a quick cool down, guests have access to the outdoor pool and if needed a coin operated laundry facility.

There is a shared laundry room onsite at Sea and Sun.

**Parking Notes: No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. The complex allows one car per unit.

**The condo is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, plus tax. Restrictions for up to 2 dogs up to 20 lbs each.
