This two bedroom condo features an open concept living area with a sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a family meal to eat around comfortably at the dining room table set for six with an extra two seats at the kitchen bar. Step outside to the private balcony to enjoy the breeze and relax. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Branyon Backcountry Trail for a morning walk amongst the coastal terrain. If shopping or grabbing some fresh seafood is on the agenda, Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both nearby. Romar Village is a 10 minute drive from The Wharf to enjoy concerts, plenty of shopping, and great restaurants.

Guest Access:
Romar Village complex requires parking passes. The complex charges $25/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard.
