This two bedroom condo features an open-concept living area with sectional and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a family meal to eat around comfortably at the dining room table set for six. Step outside to the private balcony to enjoy the breeze and relax. The primary bedroom features a queen and twin bed with an ensuite bathroom and balcony access. Branyon Backcountry Trail for a morning walk amongst the coastal terrain. If shopping or grabbing some fresh seafood is on the agenda, Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both nearby. Romar Village is a 10 minute drive from The Wharf to enjoy concerts, plenty of shopping, and great restaurants.

Guest Access:
Romar Village complex requires parking passes. The complex charges $25/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly in your vehicle's dashboard.
