The dining area offers comfortable seating for four at the table, plus three additional seats at the kitchen bar—perfect for enjoying a meal together or gathering after a day at the beach. In the living area, relax and unwind with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.

For added convenience, this unit also features a washer and dryer right inside the condo, making it easy to keep up with those sandy beach towels and swimsuits during your stay.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The ensuite main bathroom features a large vanity with walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a king-size bed and second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds and an additional toddler bed.

Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach. Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips

Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges 50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 and above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 and under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for 10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
