Welcome to Phoenix V! You will love the onsite amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, pirate ship themed slash pad for the kiddos, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, racquetball court, and basketball court! Phoenix V does require parking passes. The complex charges 55 dollars/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. When you arrive, stop at the security guard and they will direct you to the front desk to purchase parking passes. Max of two vehicles allowed.

Area Attractions:
Phoenix V is located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to Perdido Pass. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Across the street to Zeke's Marina and Restaurant or Sweet Cones. Plenty of adventure awaits as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Head east towards the famous Flora-Bama Bar and Grill, a short 5 minute drive.
