Welcome to Marlin Key 1A! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo invites you in with abundant natural light. The dazzling living room looks out to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of America. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the salty air. Relax after a day on the beach in the plush couch (which also doubles as a sleeper sofa) or two cozy recliners and large flat screen TV in the living area. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony while listening to the waves break below. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six for a family meal. Additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The delightful main bedroom features a king bed with light flowing in from the private balcony sliding glass doors. The ensuite main bathroom has a large double vanity with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king size bed. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two double beds. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Welcome to Marlin Key on the white sands of Orange Beach! Unwind after a day on the beach and take a dip and refresh in the outdoor pool. Grill out on the charcoal grills beside the pool area while listening to the waves. The low-density building is located on the east side of Orange Beach near the Florida line. The complex DOES require parking passes and charges $35/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.

Marlin Key is 0.9 miles from the world-famous Flora-Bama, Flora-Bama Yacht Club and Old River Bar and Grill. There is one reserved covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Max of two vehicles allowed. They are $38 each
