This warm studio condo has everything needed for your next vacation! Relax after a long day on the beach on the comfortable sleeper sofa. This unit features a queen-size bed with flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The updated well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. A dining area comfortably seats four. A private balcony is just off the dining area to enjoy sunsets of Fort Morgan. There is a laundry facility onsite with washers and dryers.

THERE ARE NO EV CHARGING AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ON THIS PROPERTY. **You must be at least 25 to rent at Dunes Plantation. No parking of RVs, trailers, fifth wheels, four-wheelers or watercraft on-site. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

Getting Around:
Take I-59 until you see the turn for Fort Morgan Road. You will pass Peninsula and the Beach Club. You will see a sign that says Kiva Dunes/Gulf Shores Plantation on your left, turn left. Plantation Dunes is inside the complex of Gulf Shores Plantation. Go straight until you reach the guards. You will need to show them your paperwork in order to enter.

The Neighborhood:
Plantation Dunes is a family friendly resort with 24-hour security. The complex boasts over 4,000 feet of private beach frontage. Gulf Shores Plantation is located next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and across the street from a boat launch on Mobile Bay. The resort was voted as one of the top family destinations by Southern Living Magazine readers and offers numerous amenities including 7 outdoor swimming pools, one year round heated indoor swimming pool, umbrella and beach chair rental, jet ski, parasail and banana boat rental, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness room, seven lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, horse shoes, putting green, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, picnic tables and swings. Sassy Bass Island Grill has a small satellite restaurant onsite so you can grab a cocktail or enjoy a meal while on vacation.

Plantation Dunes is minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and offers thousands of feet of UNCROWDED private beach frontage. Make sure you walk the grounds and see everything this resort has to offer! While not onsite, enjoy the nearby restaurants, Fort Morgan or take the ferry to Dauphin Island. If you want to leave the resort or Fort Morgan, The Hangout, Waterville and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf is less than 15 miles away!

Guest Access:
Drive into the complex. There will be a security guard at the gate. You will need to purchase your parking pass/passes through an online app that will be emailed to you.........just screenshot or print your payment confirmation & present to security guard after which he will provide your parking pass/passes. You will also be emailed a registration form to fill out prior to arrival..........just present this to the security guard as well. Parking is in on a first come, first serve basis. Use the code provided for access.
There are two key card lanyards left for you and 4 wristbands. These key cards will be hanging near the front door when you enter the suite. These key cards access the Fitness Center (first floor), Hot Tubs (first floor), Indoor Pool (1-story building across the parking lot) There is a $50 charge by the complex if these are missing. To use the indoor pool each person in your party must have a wrist band.
