Gulf Shores Plantation East is a family-friendly resort located on the beach down Fort Morgan Road. Located in Building 1, this ground-floor condo is highly desired due to its private location and close proximity to the boardwalk, beach and pools.

Walk-into an updated, beautiful, beachy condo which contains comfortable furniture throughout. Relax on the sleeper sofa or plush accent chairs and enjoy over watching your favorite movie channels on the large 55-inch flat screen TV. Rest comfortably on mattresses with luxurious foam mattress toppers in both bedrooms! Prepare meals in the modern kitchen that is fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen includes farmhouse table style seating for six, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. Both bathrooms are updated with tub/shower combos. The condo is outfitted with Smart TVs and free wireless high speed internet. Just bring your beach towels! The condo is conveniently located two doors from the laundry facility with new commercial machines, credit card operated. While here, enjoy the onsite amenities including six indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, racquetball, a gym, volleyball, and horseshoe pits. Gulf Shores Plantation is a family friendly resort with 24-hour security. The complex boasts over 4,000 feet of private beach frontage. Gulf Shores Plantation is located next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and across the street from a boat launch on Mobile Bay. The resort was voted as one of the top family destinations by Southern Living Magazine readers and offers numerous amenities including 7 outdoor swimming pools (east pool closest to us is heated), one year round heated indoor swimming pool, umbrella and beach chair rental, jet ski, parasail and banana boat rental, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness room, seven lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, horse shoes, putting green, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, picnic tables and swings. Sassy Bass Island Grill has a small satellite restaurant onsite so you can grab a cocktail or enjoy a meal while on vacation.

Gulf Shores Plantation is minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and offers thousands of feet of UNCROWDED private beach frontage. Guest Access:
Drive in to the complex. There will be a guard at the gate. The complex currently does not charge for parking. You will need to show them your check-in information to get a parking slip and register with them! This condo is part of the Plantation East set of buildings which are to the left past the guard. Building one is the furthest one on the left. This condo is on far right side of the building as your drive-in. Max 2 vehicles. $35 per vehicle per stay. which must be purchased on an online app that is emailed to guest along w/ registration form/royalgulfbeach.square.site.   All guests must fill out registration form & purchase parking passes online before check in. Give registration form & proof of parking pass purchase to security guard & he will give them their parking passes. Parking is in on a first come, first serve basis. Park and go up the ramp or couple of stairs. The condo is on the ground floor. Use the code provided for access. There is a pool access key in the unit. If the key is not left in the same spot it is a $30 charge for the missing key.
