Best of both worlds, just steps away from the private beach access and enjoy the bay out on the community pier at Lagoon Run. This complex has a community outdoor pool & picnic tables overlooking the bay.
This two-bedroom condo on the bay has an open layout concept for a family fun vacation. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. The dining table accommodates four with additional seating at kitchen bar. Or dine outside at a table for four on your private balcony. Kick back and relax in the living room with large flat screen TV and a twin-sleeper chair. Step out onto the private balcony and sit in rocker while drinking your morning coffee. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main bedroom features two queen-size beds and main bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo.

This property offers an e-lock allowing you to check in directly at the unit, using the code sent to you by text/email the day of arrival. Lagoon Run limits 2 parking passes and 1 boat trailer pass per unit, which are $20/pass. Boat slips are first come first serve, as well as boat trailer parking.
The NeighborhoodBeach access is directly across the street. Pool hours 9am-10pm. There is an electric grill on the balcony and a charcoal grill in the picnic area near lagoon.

Nice place to stay that is right next to the beach. Great amenities and especially enjoyed being able to use the grill and the use of the swings on the dock behind the unit. Great place to stay with a group if you’re looking for somewhere cheaper and still on the beach!
